Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

The Opportunity: Sheet Metal Shop Worker

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Sheet Metal Shop Worker to join our Edmonton fabrication team. You’ll be helping shape, cut, and assemble high-quality HVAC and mechanical components that power real-world projects across Alberta and beyond.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components to exact specs.

  • Operate fabrication equipment (brake presses, shears, etc.) safely and effectively.

  • Interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately.

  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and hazard-free.

  • Assist with loading/unloading materials and prepping jobs as needed.

 

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a sheet metal or fabrication shop is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools confidently.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet.

  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

  • Willing to learn and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
